Villa l'Ulivina is a detached villa with a large garden and a panoramic terrace. It is less than a kilometer from the city center and can easily be reached on foot in 10 minutes. The strategic position is particularly suitable for reaching the main tourist destinations of the coast: Positano, Amalfi, Ravello, Pompeii, Capri. The connections are facilitated by the presence, right next to the house entrance of the bus stop both for the city center and for the main tourist destinations. The large garden is entirely available to guests as well as the terrace that enjoys a splendid view of the Gulf of Naples. In addition to the dining room, equipped with three sofas and a large table, the villa has three bedrooms; two doubles, one with a queen size bed, and one with a single bed. There are two bathrooms and the kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle and espresso machine. Air conditioning and winter heating are part of the equipment of the house. Cutlery, crockery, sheets, towels, shower gel, shanpoo and toothpaste are also available. Breakfast is always included as well as a wide range of sweet and savory drinks and snacks. A welcome drink is always offered to all guests.
